Daryl S. Cutler received his B.S. in Zoology from the University of South Florida in 1984 and his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Albany Law School in 1992.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cutler worked in the field of scientific research with the New York State Department of Health.

Mr. Cutler co-authored eight scientific abstracts and articles, and later received Albany Law School’s Estate Planner Award in 1992.

Mr. Cutler has worked as a general practitioner in Saratoga County for over 25 years, in the areas of family law, matrimonial law, estate planning and administration, litigation, business and corporate law.

Mr. Cutler also served as the attorney for the Planning Board and Zoning Board for the Town of Stillwater, and is a former President and current Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors for the Saratoga County Cornell Cooperative Extension.

He has held the position of President and Member of the Board of Directors for both the Saratoga Springs Education Foundation, and the Transitional Services Association, Inc.

Mr. Cutler served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Spa Christian School and Schenectady Christian School, and has been a leader for the Christian Service Brigade of Hope Church for over 20 years.

He is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association, the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, and Hope Church, PCA.
